Billing - Questions concerning your bill or to sign up for the EFT (automatic payment) payment option may be directed to Oregon Mutual's Billing Call Center. The call is toll free at 800-409-3814. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. You may call at other times from a touch-tone telephone for automated billing information.

Claims - If you need to report a claim, call our Claim Call Center toll free at 800-934-3809. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
