• Farm/Ranch dwellings and appurtenant structures
• Household personal property - coverage provided on a replacement cost basis
• Farm/Ranch personal property
• Barns, outbuildings, and other farm structures
• Mobile agricultural and irrigation equipment
• Livestock
• Farm/Ranch liability - in addition to standard limits, higher limits of liability are available through the Oregon Mutual Umbrella Program.
• Chemical drift and limited pollution liability
• Disruption of farming operations
• Farm/Ranch commercial and private passenger vehicles
• Related processing operations

Available Credits *

• Farm Combination Credit - applies to many coverages if property and liability are combined on the same policy.
• Age of Home Credit - up to 10 years of age.
• Loss Free Credit - if loss-free the past two years.
• Persistency Credit - after four years insured by Oregon Mutual.
• Property Deductible Credit - with deductible of $500 or greater.
• Farm Automobile Credit - when written in conjunction with farm property and liability. Lay-up credits for medium and heavy farm trucks are also available.
  
  Additional credits are available based on individual farm characteristics, including the management of credit.
