Applies if property and liability are combined on the same policy.
- Age of Home Credit
Up to 10 years of age.
- Loss Free Credit
If loss free the past two years.
- Persistency Credit
After four years insured by Oregon Mutual.
- Property Deductible Credit
With deductible of $500 or greater.
- Farm Automobile Credit
When written in conjunction with farm property and liability. Lay-up credits for medium and heavy farm trucks are also available.
- Organic Certification Credit
